Alaska West Air, Inc. is your source for charters. Rates are based upon flying time, stand-by time, and guide services, if requested. Each aircraft has a rate sheet listed below that specifies the hourly costs. The larger the plane, the higher the associated costs. There is a 3% for all credit card charges- you are welcome to pay for your charter in cash or cashier's check if you'd like.

Due to unforeseen spike in fuel prices, Alaska West Air has made the difficult decision to reserve the right to add a fuel surcharge to each seat during the 2024 season.
Cancellation
Policy
If you cancel your trip 180 or more days prior to your departure date, you will receive a refund in the amount of your deposit less a 10% admin fee. If you cancel your trip 179 or less days prior to your departure date, there is no refund. If you do not show up on the day of your trip, payment in full is required. If your trip is cancelled due to weather or a mechanical issue with our plane, and you cannot reschedule, you will receive a refund less a 10% admin fee.
